Tasks
A task is a line in a Goethe document:
- [ ] Call Seafrigo about the October invoice @due(2026-11-03) @priority(high)
Tasks → To do gathers every task from every document in one table.
Capture
Type in Add a task and press Enter. One line understands dates and priorities:
| Write | Means |
|---|---|
today, tomorrow, friday | Due that day (the next one) |
in 3d | Due in three days |
2026-11-03 | Due on that date |
!high, !medium, !low (or !h, !1…) | Priority |
"Call Seafrigo friday !high" becomes a high-priority task due Friday. New tasks go to your task document (ALMA_TASK_DOCUMENT, docs/agenda.md by default).
Filter and group
- Open, Done or All.
- When: late, today, the next 7 days, or no date.
- Document, priority, and text.
- Group by date or by document, or switch to a two-week timeline and drag a task onto a day to schedule it.
Checking a task completes it in its document, with today's date. Click a task to open its document.
Your accomplice and tasks
Anything your accomplice cannot finish now (waiting on someone, a promise, a date) becomes a task, and it says so. Ask "what's on my plate this week?" for a summary.
Threads
Threads shows your accomplice's recent work as threads: each turn, what set it off, and the tools it used, like a compact Activity.
