Four parts. One whole.
Mandala is one program on your own machine, made of four parts that need each other. What you know, the law, the ledger and the mind. Each has a name, and a page of its own.
Follow one piece of work through all four.
No part does a job alone. Knowledge says what is going on, the law says what may happen, the ledger keeps what did, and the mind does the work in between.
- Medha knowsLumon’s brief
A file says Lumon takes deliveries on Thursdays, at the side door, and that the Moon run needs every crate checked twice.
- Dharma decidesNot to the Moon, not yet
The delivery contract refuses to ship to the Moon until a second person confirms. Leela is the second person.
- Karma remembersSix signed facts
Requested by Mira for Hermes, two crates checked by Bender, paid, confirmed by Leela, shipped by Fry. In that order, for good.
- Prajna worksMira asks Leela
Mira reads the brief, prepares the delivery, meets the refusal, and asks the right person. It never ships on its own word.
What each one gives the others.
Prajna proposes; Dharma decides. A model can be wrong or fooled, and a forbidden action still cannot happen. The AI answers to you
Only what Dharma accepted is written to Karma, with who acted, for whom and under which rule. Rules, not code
When your accomplice says something happened, it reads a signed fact, not its own recollection. Nothing is ever lost
Your accomplice reads and writes the same files you do, so it knows what you know and you can read what it knows.
What a business knows and the rules it runs on are the business. Describe a process and both are drafted for you to approve. For entrepreneurs
Two Mandalas exchange signed documents directly, each under its own law. Trust without blockchain
Read each one.
Markdown files you own, typed like a database and queried like one, with tasks and an agenda from a line of text.

Medha holds what you know. Dharma is the law. Karma is the ledger. Prajna thinks within it. Mandala is the whole.
