How to

Dashboards

Dashboards shows the payables of the identity you act as: every supplier invoice it has to pay, on a board from Received to Reviewed, Approved and Paid, or Rejected.

Move an invoice

Drag a card to the next column, or click it and choose the next step. A card moves only by the step its rules allow: an invoice cannot be paid before it is approved, or paid twice. Paying asks for the payment reference (the bank transfer reference); rejecting asks for a reason.

Each step is signed by who took it, under your delegation when you act for a company ("Sam for Acme Trading, under delegation…").

Late invoices stand out, and totals are shown per currency.

Get invoices in

  • Add an invoice by hand: supplier, invoice number, amount, currency, issue and due dates, and a note.
  • Find invoices with Alma: your accomplice looks through your mail for invoices and records them.
  • By signed exchange: a structured invoice from a supplier you recognize arrives in Received by itself. See Exchange between businesses.

The rules behind the board are the contract std.business.payable; see Example contracts.
