Personal

Personal is your own back office: groceries, money and health, with home and travel records underneath. Records belong to the identity you act as, so a House shopping list belongs to the House and everyone in it.

Groceries

  • New list — "Weekly groceries", "Hardware store".
  • Add something to buy, with how much and the aisle. Items are grouped by aisle; checking one moves it to In the basket.
  • Ask Alma what's missing — your accomplice suggests what you usually buy.

Lists sync between your devices and merge: two people adding at once never collide. Your accomplice adds to lists without asking, by default.

Money

  • Accounts — open one with a name, an optional bank and an opening balance.
  • Transactions — record the amount, where or who, and a category. The month's list shows money in, out and the net.
  • Budgets — a limit per category for the month, shown against what you spent.
  • Ask Alma about this month — a conversation about your spending.

Health

Your Apple Health data (Apple Health) as daily measurements:

  • Stands out — what differs from your usual today, with Ask Alma.
  • Goals — Add goal for a measurement (steps, sleep, weight…); your accomplice follows them in its daily digest.
  • Measurements and Workouts, last two weeks.

Behind it

Each record is governed by a contract from Mandala's personal library (std.personal.*): only its owner and the person who wrote it may change it. Your accomplice has a tool for every action and query. You sign what you do here yourself.

Coming soon — home and travel pages (the records already exist: home assets and maintenance, trips and bookings, appointments and medications), and importing bank statements.
