Inviting people

Coming soon — this page describes the design being built. Today one person runs each Mandala home; organisations and spaces are acted for by their owner.

How it will work

"Invite Maria to Acme Trading, she handles customer service." Your accomplice proposes her role in words, from the contracts: "can answer the customer inbox, edit orders before dispatch; can't see payables or change prices". You confirm with Face ID. Maria gets a link (email, WhatsApp or a QR code), valid 7 days.

Maria chooses:

• New to Mandala: her first name and Face ID. Her identity is created on your home, as one more person there, and the invitation says so in one line. She can move it to her own Mandala later.
• She has Mandala: she accepts from her own home, and the two homes exchange what her role allows.

Accepting creates her delegation from the company. Her personal space stays hers; leaving the company revokes the delegation, not her account. Each person gets their own accomplice, private to them, with the company's agents beside it as separate, labelled colleagues.

The household works the same way: "Add Claire to the House".
